Program Advisor (PA)

Summary of Position

The Program Advisor (PA) assures maximum satisfaction of our internal and external customers by managing their expectations in order to achieve the objective of creating retained, loyal customers. The PA handles day-to-day Language Center operations and may perform administrative functions. Other key responsibilities include supporting retention and acquisition sales functions and tracking marketing activities. This is a multifunction position that requires a high level of customer service first along with the ability to handle various administration tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Male/Female, aged between 21 and 35 years old
  • University degree
  • Customer service-oriented attitude
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Sales experience/aptitude desirable
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English is a must
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
